Small Claims Court is a branch of the Ontario Superior Court where disputed matters of up to $35,000 can be settled. Gangadin & Company Legal Services can assist you at all levels of this judicial process including:

Stages of the Small Claims Court:

Plaintiff Claim -> File Claim / Serve Claim -> Defence -> Settlement Conference -> Trial preparation -> Trial tlement -> Enforcing Judgment. 

There are many stages to a Small Claims action. You may start a claim for an amount up to but not exceeding $35,000.  If your claim is for more than this you may waive the remaining amount of your claim and continue to proceed in the Small Claims Court of Ontario.
