Jimmy Gangadin
Small Claims Defence Paralegal
Jimmy has worked alongside experienced civil and criminal lawyers to provide affordable quality legal services for corporations and persons alike.Jimmy has experience in the Ontario Small Claims court in matters dealing with contract law, contract misrepresentation, wrongful dismissal, home renovation lawsuits (for both contractors and homeowners) and unpaid invoice disputes. When dealing with small claims Jimmy believes that the evidence and the preparation of the evidence are paramount to success and while there are always two sides to any story the evidence tells the truth.
Jimmy is an effective advocate and is the founder of Gangadin & Company Legal Services.
Jimmy is an honours graduate of the paralegal program at Humber College. Jimmy is licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a member in good standing. He comes from a background of Sales, with expertise in negotiating and is a very persuasive and passionate paralegal when advocating on behalf of clients. Jimmy’s passion for the law is expressed through his creativity, analytical thinking and self-reliance.
Omar Rambhajan
B.A., LL.B, LL.M
Omar is a resident lawyer that works in affiliation with Gangadin and Company Legal Services. Omar handles all Criminal, Immigration and Family Law cases.
Omar has worked alongside senior lawyers for the past 30 years, assisting them in various areas of law such as Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Tax Law, Criminal Law and Immigration Law.
Omar has successfully completed a B.A. in Business and Society (Law & Governance Stream) from York University. His LL.B Bachelors of Laws (LL.B), with honors in Law from University of Kent Law School in the United Kingdom and also has a LL.M Master of Laws (LL.M) from Osgoode Law School.
